Political censorship on social media is almost never okay because it endangers the founding ideals of the country and can lead to a dangerous societal direction.

Censorship is permissible when it is used to protect individuals or groups from genuine physical risk, such as hate speech that promotes injury or death.

Removing content that harms opinions or feelings but does not pose a physical risk to anyone is a dangerous blurring of the lines of free speech.

So obviously a prominent discussion on this app as I'm just scrolling through a bunch of posts is kind of freedom of speech, political censorship on social media, etc. And obviously the most recent event that's you know causing this discussion was the Charlie Kirk assassination and kind of all the turmoil that followed after it. We saw with you know Jimmy Kimmel getting temporarily fired due to pressure from the government and this whole thing with the visas and but you know it's been an ongoing thing whenever there's kind of prominent issues. We saw it with the Palestine um versus Israel…My thoughts on censorship on social media.
